Yes. Each district gets a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourdistrict.aazly.com). Custom domains can also be arranged for branded URLs.

You keep your existing billing cycles. We integrate with your billing data so invoices appear in the customer portal. Ratepayers see their current balance and history, and autopay runs on your schedule.

Customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, and cash. Online payments are processed securely with full PCI compliance.

Customers can enable autopay from their portal. When a new invoice is generated, the saved payment method is charged automatically. You can configure timing and notification settings.

Yes. The customer portal displays usage trends and billing history so ratepayers understand their bills. Data is synced from your billing system.

Yes. All payment data is handled by our secure payment processor. Card numbers and bank account details never touch our servers. Funds go directly to your district's account.

Yes. Our payment processing is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of compliance. Since we use hosted payment elements, your district benefits from this compliance without additional burden.
